Tyrrells Wood gave us all a very warm welcome. They were especially helpful when the local road works created difficulty in arriving at Tyrrells, with their Club Operations Assistant going out to direct Ladies in. With only 33 Ladies playing, it was a disappointing entry number. However, after concerns as to the reason, it became apparent that Surrey Women had an event, at The New Zealand Club, on the same day, which accounted for the lower numbers.
